My Story

I’m Ellee, a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) currently serving the Cincinnati area. I’m dedicated to providing therapy that is evidence-based while staying true to what makes therapy transformative, the relationship itself. My work is rooted in safety, trust, and helping my clients experience real, lasting change, not just short-term relief.

My primary areas of practice include complex trauma, borderline personality disorder, and suicidal ideation. I also enjoy working with a couple niche areas, such as equestrians, girls who have scoliosis, and professionals who suffer from vicarious trauma.

The type of clients I fit best with are often those who would describe themselves as “too emotional”, "stuck in the past," “sensitive,” or have been through therapy already and "have a lot of awareness but no one can tell me how to actually change."

What you can expect in a session with me is unconditional regard for you as a person, structure, and accountability towards your goals. I strive to balance change with acceptance in the therapy room which means we can work towards your goals in a way that feels safe but still feels like progress. While therapy doesn't have a precise deadline, it does have an end goal. If you're interested in making change and to reach those goals, please don't hesitate to contact me.
